[Simply Computers] Re: How Best to Test Seagate ST31500341AS

Hi Vincent and all,
I am writing with an update.
Running scanpst did not fix the problem (Outlook crashes too often), although it did successfully repair the .pst file. Before messing around with a new profile or an uninstall/reinstall, i remembered that the Office install discs have a Repair option. I ran that yesterday, and so far it seems to have had an affect. I have not had a crash yet, but it's still early.
I'm going to watch it for a few more days and see what happens.
Again thanks to all of you for your help and suggestions.
Ellen
