The other "good news" is that right now the static converter is likely dead, whereas the motor is likely fine.
Probably, even with calculating your time at minimal wage rates, it will be cheaper to get a new VFD, than tinkering with that very arguable device that would run the motor at most at 2/3 of the rated power and injects a lot of bad stuff in the electric plan of your home.
