I don't know for certain but would assume that any list (Yahoo or otherwise) would not send attachments in any form in the digest. But I haven't used digest mode anywhere in 20+ years so I don't know for certain.

For me, receiving messages in digest form, no indication of an attachment other than the subject line of your message. I've been getting this just recently on some groups but not on others. I think that the successful links are the ones where I get individual messages and the unsuccessful ones are in the digests but I'm not certain. Didn't used to have this distinction.
