Prasad,

Gmail suppresses copies of what it sent out by default, even if
they're posts of the same coming back from a Yahoo group. I"ve read
about it in the GMF (group manager's forum) on Yahoo and there's a
fix.

There is a setting you will have to find and change so that you get
copies.

That doesn't explain your posts not showing up on the group site, as
you claim is happening. But it might explain why you don't see your
posts from Gmail showing up in your inbox after they post to the
group.

I don't use Gmail for posting to groups, so perhaps someone else can
help you change the setting so that they do.
