This is starting to read like we are not getting our money's worth for a pay
  service. Two things to remember here: Times of corporate changeover can be
  chaotic and things can be in flux for a long time before the dust settles. Have
  some patience. Secondy, it IS a free service. They don't owe us anything. I
  think Jose has already stated his position.
