Re: [Amateur-repairs] Re: Test 4th attempt to post, my messages to group disappear

Donald, I think that is a very sad thing to say. The fact is now--and in the past--this Yahoo venue has not fully been meeting the needs of the amateur community. Workarounds and accommodations are not 'protocol' nor are they acceptable for a working and interactive community.

I remember 'back in the day' when Bill Leahy K0ZL (SK 2/2/2009) founded this group. Yahoo and it's groups were a viable venue to run such things--outside of a dedicated server or VPS and an installation of the LISTSERV program. That time has LONG past.

Of great concern to me is the absence in this discussion from our admin owner, Jose Gavila--EB5AGV. Perhaps he is too busy--but should not be. I am thinking that this group needs to transition from Yahoo, and to something more modern and accessible.

Does anyone else feel the same way?
