[Electronics_101] Re: How to test contactor coil

 

I will have to hang my head in shame for the first item:

blown fuse (it was difficult to identify it was a fuse housing. I thought it was part of the mounting structure for a bridge). I was able to identify it was an issue by a simple ohms test while tracking down why the "bird was able to sit on the wire without getting shocked".

Separately, a terminal had corroded and disconnected the wire from the thermostat control (this issue prevented the heating function of the washer to work and also blew the fuse).
