So I'm not sure what happened to my test indicator but the tip is not vertical any longer.

I'm very careful with it and have only used it on the lathe.  It is a parallel model and the tip moves in the same plane as the dial face.
I noticed last night I went to use and the tip was not vertical.  I dont' think I bumped it or snagged it on anything.  Is there an adjustment that allows the tip  to be repositioned at some other angle than vertical?
