"Sherline Gib Jig"
Photo shows Dremel # 400XPR with 3/32" (.0938" diameter)drill.
Jig with modifications.
When I lowered the bushing in the Bushing Bar/Bridge,
I received a happy surprise!
The gib had been placed flush with the side of the BBB,
and the lowered bushing became a clamp!
So, we will drill and try.
Hole in gib from jig will be .0938" diameter,
and .250" from end of gib blank.
