Some HP printers don't like refilled toner cartridges or after-market ones, or I think I read it somewhere.

I don't want to buy a new printer and I'm steamed at Win7. Acquired this

printer and it goes thru the "Clean" cycle motions.

Need help with settings to make this printer print a black and white doc.

Not computer literate so need detailed help.

Have filled both cartridges, and it has sat overnight and have cleaned it

at least three times.
