I'm wondering if a Samsung Galaxy 7 could be gotten for cheap as a test product less the battery?
I removed the battery from my old Motorola Defy and it continues to work powered only by the USB charger cable except for the cell phone connection.
Upon re installation of the battery the cell connection was restored.
Also the USB cable if wiggled did crash the phone.
Interestingly with the battery removed the battery indicator continued to display 99% as it must determine the charge by the usage.
Do you think there are any Galaxy 7's available for cheap less use with the dangerous battery?
Perhaps an external battery booster would supply more power than the USB charger cable to keep the cell connection alive?
