I've had Yahoo! delay messages up to 2 days. If a few of people reading their Y! mail online mark messages from your ISP as SPAM, Y! starts assuming ALL mail from the ISP is spam. They're not as bad as AOL in that they only delay main (AOL bounces it), but still a pain at times.
Our server uses greylisting for ISPs it hasn't seen before, but that only delays mail by a half hour or so.
