Thanks Jerry,
by the way, I still remember my DI in the army from 50 years ago. Still don't like him. Hmmm... long time to hold a grudge :)

"Work Aids II"
Photos added to clarify ( Attention, Richard :)
Cross Test Level allows me to set any ship model keel level.
This insures the alignment and relationship of all parts of the model.
I do use a separate mast setting jig to control the mast's angles.

Hi Richard,
be glad to expand upon that subject.
Perhaps another photo will do the trick.
Must be later because my "DI" * is in the vicinity :)
* = Sixty two years ago ( while in the U.S. Marines,) that would have been
Drill Instructor.
Now, it is; Dutch Investigator !

Hi Jerry,
want to let you know I look forward to your posts about various jigs you make. Great ideas.
I am a little lost with your last one for Cross Test Levels. I do not understand how they are being used. I am probably just being thick but could use some additional commentary if that's ok.
Thanks for the time and effort posting your work.
Richard

Photos show the Cross Test Levels I made on my Sherline Equipment.
They are mounted on the bar to align ship models.

Photos show the Cross Test Levels I mounted on carriers that I made with my Sherline Equipment.
The carriers , when put on the bar of a Amati Keel Klamper, enables me to align ship models.
